Base Building Consultancy were contacted by Grainger PLC  to prepare a planning application for the construction of additional Bin Stores and Storage Sheds to the Denman House Estate in Stoke Newington. The Client sought to provide additional bin stores and storage sheds for the residents at Denman House.  Base Building Consultancy Liaised with the Client to determine their expectations and specifications of the new bin and storage sheds. Base Building Consultancy were instructed by Grainger PLC to produce a Pre-planning application advice package relating to the conversion of the loft void to 22 Woodleigh Gardens in Streatham Hill.

11 Chieveley Road, Bexleyheath, DA7

Base Building Consultancy were instructed by the Freeholder to design a 2 storey rear and side extension to 11 Chieveley Road in Bexleyheath.  A complete design package was produced for agreement with the Freeholder and thereafter submitted to Bexley Borough Council for planning consent and building control approval. Base Building Consultancy were instructed by the Freeholder to design a mansard roof extension to be installed at 16 Wilton Crescent, a Grade II listed residential property in Knightsbridge. A complete design package was produced for agreement with the Freeholder and thereafter submitted to Kensington and Chelsea Borough Council for planning consent, listed building and conservation area consent and building control approval. Concurrent to obtaining the necessary statutory consents Base Building Consultancy prepared a detailed specification of works and obtained costs via competitive tender.
