Base Building Consultancy were instructed by the landlord to prepare a terminal schedule of dilapidation’s within a large occupied commercial property known as 155 Fenchurch Street.
Base Building Consultancy reviewed the lease and lease plans to the demised premises in order to identify the relevant lease covenants and the Tenant’s obligations under the lease prior to the inspection taking place.

Base Building Consultancy carried out the inspection taking notes and photographs of all defects and wants of repair in relation to the lease ensuring that disruption to the tenants was kept to a minimum. The terminal schedule of dilapidation’s report was prepared and issued to the client upon completion.
