Photographic Schedule of Condition

Base Building Consultancy were contacted by The Centre for Engineering & Manufacturing Excellence to carry out a photographic survey of their West Wing Offices prior to new tenants moving in.  The client requested that the inspection and photographic schedule of condition be carried out and issued within a week.  The offices comprise 17,000 sq ft of office space, which was unoccupied during the time of inspection.

Base Building Consultancy carried out a visual inspection of the premises, recording and photographing any defects or failures found during the inspection.  A photographic schedule of condition report was produced, detailing any defects or failures found in each room and comprising a total of 188 photographs describing the location and extent of the defects.

Base Building Consultancy was able to carry out the inspection and issue the Schedule of Condition to the client within the required timeframe.
