Base Building Consultancy were instructed by the landlord to prepare a terminal schedule of dilapidation’s within a large occupied commercial property known as 155 Fenchurch Street. Base Building Consultancy reviewed the lease and lease plans to the demised premises in order to identify the relevant lease covenants and the Tenant’s obligations under the lease prior to the inspection taking place. A Schedule of Condition was carried out of the demised premises which was fully occupied at the time of the inspection.
